So I’m running the Dingle Marathon for #Teammanuela September 5th in association with Today FM? and I’m asking you my lovely friends to join me š Between now and September 5th, I shall be sharing my training & food plans with you & keeping you up to date on my progress. The Dingle Marathon will raise vital funding and awareness for the Manuela Riedo Foundation. Manuela was just seventeen years old when her life was brutally taken in Galway on the 7th October 2007. She along with her college friends from Fribourg, Switzerland, were just two days into a two week language and cultural stay in the West of Ireland. All monies raised will continue to fund professional services who help young victims of sexual violence and rape along with those working in the area of education and prevention.
